pegasuspublicity.com describes our public relations and publicity services and lets you get in touch. Work we do for clients is governed by a separate signed agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement or varies it.
You may read it, share links to it, and contact us. You may not scrape it at a scale that degrades it for others, break into parts of it that are not public, submit anything unlawful or deliberately false through our forms, or copy our content and pass it off as your own.
Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or oblige us to take your project. It starts a conversation.
Do not send confidential information through the contact form. Until we have a signed agreement, treat anything you send as unprotected. If you need confidentiality first, say so and we will put an NDA in place.

We link to other sites and to press coverage we do not control. We are not responsible for what those sites contain or do.
We try to keep the site up but do not promise it will always be available, error free, or free of anything harmful. We may change or remove any part of it without notice.
The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent the law allows, UADV LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of it, and our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
